Saw that this morning and I've got to be honest in that I'm not feeling warm and fuzzy about it. In all honesty, my first thought was, "Well, I guess this is how it ends." Here were my thoughts as I watched the video a second time:
Custom Matches: I do like this idea, but primarily curious as to whether these matches are limited to pre-assembled squads or if you can create them and just wait for others to fill the slots. If it's the former, it excludes others looking for a specific fight. If it's the latter, I can just see someone hanging around for 15 minutes just hoping to fill the spots while people come and go, tired of waiting. One thing that I'd love to see added to a custom game is a limit to the types of 'Bots and weapons that could be used. For example, I'd love to play in a game that limits the field to: Ag only bots. AG and WSP only weapons. Medium or below. Level 8 bot limit. Level 9 weapon limit. Of course, this brings up another issue with squads or waiting for others to fill the slots, but I like the idea. Even if it's just limiting 'Bot size.
Inquisitor - I do like the idea of this one. Like the Stalker, it can still be hit if it's in stealth, and the size makes it even easier. As you can notice in the video, however, it doesn't show the (current) refresh rate on the jump. I'd like to see it matching the Griffon's timer. I also think that I'd rather see the weapon hard points as a heavy and two lights akin to the Vityaz. Not sure what level the 'Bot is in the video, but I also feel that it's moving a little fast if that's the level 7-9 range.
Glider - I've seen this one earlier on either Stew Pendous' or Adrian Chong's YouTube page and I didn't like it. I don't like the glide ability. Jump I get, but this one just didn't feel right to me off the bat.
Hellburner - No. The thought of a suicide mission 'Bot on the field just annoys me. I would prefer damage be relegated to weapons only as has been the paradigm of the game since its inception. Yes, it adds new strategy and new importance to destroying them at range, but I don't welcome it. One big factor that remains is how much damage it will do. The video states that the damage is humongous damage and...no.
Dreadhought Map - I'm always in favor of a new map. Anything to water down the possibility of getting Yamantau. I hope this opens up a future possibility of being able to select your map prior to a fight separate from the Custom Match Mode.
Lucky Spin - Seems to complicated for a phone/tablet app game. Even for the Gameroom version. It just seems to be adding an additional level of complexity for something that doesn't need it. I know it's about making money and I have no issue with them trying to pull in the cash, but from the original look here, I'm not impressed. I wouldn't be too opposed if you can earn free "spins" so I could at least try it out, but I really have to get a good look as to how you get them. Free or not.
Item Promotion - My biggest fear right now with this is having to face Mk II weapons and/or 'Bots because of this. Right now, it's a pain when I get stuck against level 11/12s of either or both. I do hope that if this is started that the Matchmaker system is reworked to a point where 6/6 'Bots aren't stuck facing them. I'm also confused as to why the video says, "If you're able to overcome this drawback" because I don't see what the drawback is. I get it that you start "The upgrade cycle from level 1...again" but since the item is already boosted because of that, I'm still not certain what the drawback is. It appears that in the video the Mk II level 1 version of the 'Bot is still more powerful than the level 12 version.
Components - This falls under the "What's it going to cost me" umbrella. If you can earn this currency without having to pony up cash, ok. But if it turns into a "If I really want it, I'm going to have to use PayPal" then I'll be turned off by it. Again, I have no issue with Pix trying to make money. Hell, they should be, but if it negatively effects too many players, they're going to lose a large player and payer base. Being able to use WSP for this, as mentioned in the video, is something that appeals to me the most about it as far as potentially using it. And I would have to agree with their initial statement. Yes. There are too many currencies. It also mentions that you can get these fragments/components by completing activities. I'd love to know what they mean by "Activities." If it's the daily tasks or something not yet revealed. If these "Activities" are spending one of more of the current currencies, then disappointment will abound.
Mention of Workshop 2.0 - I can only hope that it replaces Workshop 1.0 but doesn't make it more involved or clunky. Simple is best.
Team Deathmatch - An excellent addition. I think it should be put off for a good handful of levels in hopes that new players get the idea that beacons are most important (One can hope).
These are just my initial views and opinions. I'm not really looking forward to some of these changes and I feel as if they are dumping too much on us with this video. I would suspect that, for a majority of seasoned players, this isn't going to be received overly well, but that's only a guess.

This is my largest concern. More for android/ios, but it will be felt here as well, when the people with VAST resource pools start steamrolling people who don't.
